This relay is a 2 position device, open or rest and normal or trip. By design the relay rotor is maintained in the reset position by a permanent magnet. The trip occurs when a coil is energized releasing and rotating the rotor to the trip position, changing the state of the multiple contacts. This relay line is manufactured and meets all requirements of NOM-361-j, plus it has approval to LAPEM CFE CFE based on G6800-59 specification.
