For Clients and Prospective Clients
- Prove your identity;
- Provide and offer you advice on the products and/or services we offer;

- Comply with the obligations arising from any legal relationship that arises between the Controller and you; and

For Suppliers

- Receive invoices and payment confirmations;
- Send communications regarding the purchase, delivery, return, use and other activities of raw materials and other goods and/or services that you provide to CORE;
- Comply with the obligations arising from any legal relationship that arises between the Controller and you; and
- Comply with commercial and tax obligations, as well as applicable laws, regulations and legal provisions.
Who do we share your Personal Data with?
Your Personal Data may be transferred within Mexico, as well as to authorities.Any transfer of your Personal Data that does require your consent will be previously informed through the communication and updating of this Privacy Notice.
Options and means to limit the use or disclosure of your Personal Data

In the case of requests for Rectification of Personal Data, you must also indicate the modifications to be made and provide the documentation supporting your request.
In case of Cancellation, it is important that you keep in mind that we will not be able to attend to your request immediately in all cases.
Once your application has been submitted with the indicated data, we will contact you within a maximum period of 20 (twenty) business days indicating the decision adopted, so that, if appropriate, it will be made effective within 15 (fifteen) days following the date on which the response is communicated.
